There are 3 easy steps to apply for care with Dalrymple Villa:
Step 1
Organise an ACAT Assessment
An Aged Care Assessment is required when applying to enter
an aged care facility. This gives you and the aged care
provider an understanding of the type of care you are eligible
to receive.
The Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT) can be contacted
directly or through your doctor, hospital and social worker.

Step 2
Organise an Income and Assets Assessment
Step 3
Submit Dalrymple Villa Application Form
When you are ready to submit your completed Application Form,
please ensure you have read the check list on the front cover.
